The first step in supporting an individual in the workplace. Workplace needs assessments are designed to identify an individuals needs by identifying any barriers or success that may exist and subsequently providing reccomended adjustments to maximise thier potential in relation to their role. 

How does it work?

Book your assessment

The first step is to book your workplace needs assessment. Once this is undertaken you will recieve a written report detailing any reasonable adjustments.

Receive workplace report

Enclosed within the report will be a detailed list of reasonable adjustments that can be implimented to support the individuals needs.

Decide on funding option

Decide which funding option is applicable (E:G through access to work or privately), you can then move forwards and purchase the reccomended solutions.

Recieve your solutions

We realise that timescale is important, so once payment has been recieved we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange your training and or services.
