This is the first step in supporting an individual in the workplace. Workplace needs assessments are designed to identify an individual’s needs by finding and/or recognising any barriers that may exist and subsequently providing recommended adjustments to maximise their potential in relation to their role.
Please see the below steps on how our process works.
The first step is to book your workplace needs assessment, which you can do by contacting us on 01268 923 019.
Your assessor will provide a detailed report inclusive of a list of reasonable adjustments that can be implemented to support your needs.
Next, you decide which funding option is applicable (e.g., through access to work or privately), you can then go ahead and purchase the recommended solutions.
We realise that timescale is important so, once payment is received, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange your training and/or services.
An overview on the types of services we provide.
Training sessions can be provided for physical solutions such as Assistive technology but also encompass a wider range of services such as Coping strategies or Disability awareness and impact training. These solutions aim to empower individuals to succeed.
